Unisinos promotes workshop on future scenarios of learning spaces in schools
In accelerated times, we live the transformation of our schools to remain relevant in the formation of citizens for the 21st centuries. Understanding how learning spaces impact the student formation process is a central element to think about the present and future school.
Thinking about it, the Ioda Research Group (design -oriented innovation to build learning in learning environments) promoted the last week of the "Designing Future: Learning Spaces" workshop. The idea of the meeting was to think about the classrooms and the spaces of conviviality in 15 years, what are the possibilities opened by the connection between the virtual and face -to -face environments.
we participated in the meeting, represented by our partner Maurício Santos, along with the Anchieta, Farroupilha, Israelite, Lumiar, Monteiro Lobato and Rosario schools. For a whole afternoon, we work in teams, seeking ideas and solutions for learning spaces that can facilitate teaching processes, interaction between students and teachers, and consequently the collective construction of knowledge in schools of the future.
For Mauritius, our partner:
"The workshop further strengthened our perception of the speed of changes in the field of education. Dynamic and flexible spaces, which enable the transformation by users themselves, are and should remain a trend for the coming years. , it was quite evident that teaching is moving towards great personalization. In this sense, new spaces must be rich and diverse, following the multiplicity of forms of learning and interaction between people. "
Recently, we launched the project we did to the Marist Santo Antônio College, which has already started the works in Sinop, Mato Grosso. The Marist of Sinop will be a place where everything is integrated and adapts according to the convenience of teachers and students: the stands of the atria become auditoriums, spaces for theatrical or dance performances. Each classroom has a meaning to reflect on the student's perception that evolves with and in school.
We believe in architecture as an agent in educational tools, especially for the possibilities of solutions in social development, through spatial reconfiguration and infinite possibilities open. And that's why we are so happy with the invitation and the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with education managers and expert designers. :)
