In 2006, at the end of the first year of the office, we started the Beira-Rio Stadium modernization project. With nine months of work, in August 2007, our project won the post of stadium headquarters of the city of Porto Alegre for the 2014 FIFA World Cup games. There was a huge challenge that, besides defining a good part of our history , raised us to the reference condition in sports projects.

We know that projects of this nature are often surrounded by a mystique that delights multitudes, but that's not all: we understand the responsibility to meet an extensive number of normatives; licensing difficulties that are complex; the need to dialogue with several public and private interlocutors; and the financial equation of the equipment, often quite delicate. Our experience gives us knowledge to ask the right questions and go ahead with the creation of amazing places where people come together to celebrate and get emotional.
