High standard building located on a dead-end and tree-lined in a privileged location of Porto Alegre.

The project takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the ground. Its dimension - almost 3,000 m² of ground in one of the most expensive neighborhoods of Porto Alegre, with 42 meters of tested tested for a dead -end and wooded street, plus 52 meters of tested facing one of the arteries of the neighborhood; the great gap between one street and another; and the privileged position in one of the highest points of the city, with spectacular views on all sides, and short distance from all the main services of the neighborhood.

the building happens in "L" format, privileging visuals and sunstroke. There are 2 apartments per floor, with areas of 260 m² and 320 m², fully east and north, being south and west only service environments and vertical circulations.

The gap allows the entrance to take place at Ronald de Carvalho Street, a small, smooth and wooded street with no exit located in the heart of Bela Vista. The building hall is a large and pleasant garden, making the path of residents and visitors to the elevators and condominium spaces full of green and natural light. Common areas happen on the second floor, which is at level with Artur Rocha Street.
