High standard building located on a dead-end and tree-lined in a privileged location of Porto Alegre.

The project takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the ground. The building hall is a large and pleasant garden, making the path of residents and visitors to the elevators and condominium spaces full of green and natural light. Common areas happen on the second floor, which is at level with Artur Rocha Street.
