Moinhos

Project for Residential Building in the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, near Parcão.

The party seeks to bring the park to the residents' daily life. The lot has an irregular shape and the party responds to this with a dynamic and unusual form: the building has staggered blocks with different heights, responding to zoning limitations and providing the creation of large connected terraces. Interclaimed balconies in private units create visuals open to the nature of the park.

In addition to private units, the building also has a commercial area at its base.
