Real estate project located in the Mont' Serrat neighborhood, in Porto Alegre.
The building is located on a valued corner, in a region served by commerce, services, close to the Moinhos de Vento Park. Comprised of compact apartments, the front facade, facing north and towards Fabrício Pillar Street, has a large green facade, which harmonizes with the dense vegetation of the street.
