Project of a large real estate development located at the confluence of two roads with very different characters. Professor Duplan Street is calm, tree-lined, peaceful, with old buildings and residences; while Av. Protásio Alves is a road with a very high flow and strong commercial character.

The project makes use of this difference, fully separating the uses of the building. Facing Protásio Alves, there is a large shopping mall open to the street, while the residential development takes place only on Rua Professor Duplan. One of the attractions of the land is its extremely central location, within walking distance of hospitals, shops, supermarkets, schools and some of the most valued parks and squares in Porto Alegre.

The party takes place with two heights, marking the difference in local legislation: a 16-story tower is intercepted by a smaller 13-story block. On the 14th floor, a large condominium area is created for the development, which has the most diverse spaces, such as coworking, bicycle storage, swimming pool, among others. A rooftop on the 17th level offers panoramic views of the entire city.
