Parque Gigante Training Ground

Training Center Project for the SC International professional team using part of the Nautical Park land belonging to the club, located in front of the Beira-Rio Stadium.

The proposal would serve as a bridge for the professional team to have comfortable facilities to train while the Guaíba CT was designed and built. One of the great challenges of the project was to meet the needs of the club on a land of sensitive characteristics, located on the edge of Lake Guaíba.

Due to the numerous bureaucratic and environmental difficulties found during the licensing phase, the project, which began in 2014, was discontinued in 2016.
