Training Center Project for the International SC on land located in the Lami neighborhood, far south of Porto Alegre. The land would be acquired by the club, which commissioned the preliminary study of the complex to ensure its viability and proper functioning.
The proposal included modern installations for base categories and professional team, using a small on -site stadium for base games. Due to the withdrawal of the purchase of the land, the project was discontinued in 2012.
