Mixed complex project on international SC land, next to Beira-Rio stadium.

since 2006, when we started the Beira-Rio Stadium modernization project, our guiding principle has always been the qualification of the Beira-Rio complex and its surroundings as a whole, Transforming a region, which for more than four decades has been difficult to consolidate its activities. The project, at the time called “Giant Forever”, aimed to ensure the club's financial sustainability in the future, making it less susceptible to the instabilities of the world of football.

In 2015, after the euphoria of the reopening of the stadium and the World Cup, as well as the various procedures that configure the receipt of a work of size, We decided with SC Internacional to resume the project around the stadium that made up the original scope of the "giant forever". Maintaining the same strategy of having a global and long -term vision, but acting in stages, we decided to focus on the southern portion of the land owned by Internacional. This is a fully unimpeded 2.5 hectares plot with registration on behalf of the club.

In the resumption of the project, it is worth mentioning the great impact already achieved with the modernization of the stadium. The new Beira-Rio became an icon at the Skyline of Porto Alegre and was embraced by the whole community, causing a strong sense of pride in everyone who was in one way or another involved in its realization. This feeling, so marked in the most diverse interlocutors of the club, was defining a new reading and the current development of the giant project forever. It is clear to everyone who, in addition to serving market yearnings and providing the long -awaited economic sustainability, can by no means harm the club's legacy for our capital.

The new project foresees two towers, one 80 meters and one 130 meters high, with a new mix of activities (residential, commercial, hotel, commerce) , promoting the concept of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving greater dynamism and occupation to the area, which has received major investments in infrastructure over the last few years.

The project is being processed in the City Council, awaiting the approval of its own laws that allow its development.
