Blue House

Model home design developed for the Blue Xangri-la condominium, Melnick Even and Arcadia Urbanismo venture.

We experienced the house even before it exists, we enjoy that special place and focus our energy on the conception of unique spaces of conviviality, where memorable moments will happen.

The terrain was understood. We turned every room to the north, bringing sun and creating a healthy environment in the intimate area. Separated by a staircase of interspersed levels, we have the social area that opens to the lake on the south facade through a large ceiling.

In the west facade, which receives the strong sunny sunny sun, we suspend the volume of the pool, protecting the house and creating an unusual ray of swimming. At the pool level and on the social area of the house, we created a deck with a frank view of the lake and insolation guaranteed during all seasons. Visually, we create a lightweight house that respects and emphasizes its constructive technique.

We designed a place where we would like to be - to gather the family, to give parties, go back from the beach and relax, enjoy the breeze, sunbathing and even swim. A unique place.
