High-standard building with an apartment per floor located in front of a square.
The project, on a small ground, is part of a straightforward and silent architecture, optimizing the structure to welcome the entire program - eight 174 m² units with three parking spaces each.
The garage is resolved in a basement, occupying the ground floor and second floor. The ground floor concentrates all accesses, while the second floor has a large ballroom on its front, facing the square.
From the third floor, we have apartments whose living room is a fully open glass box integrated with the green of Gustavo Langsch Square.
