Large-scale real estate project on a high-flow road.

The building, located in a diverse and well-served neighborhood with commerce and services, included units of different sizes - 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms - in addition to an active facade, with stores facing the most intense movement. The striking volumetry made use of contrasting materials - exposed concrete and wood - giving dynamism to the facade. The apartment blocks were interconnected by metal walkways. The project did not run.
