We are 1st place

1st place - National Public Architecture Competition for the Reform and Expansion of the Erechim City Council

The renovation and expansion of the Erechim City Council aims to integrate in a harmonious way the existing building with the new structure, respecting architectural heritage and valuing the urban landscape. Our proposal maintains the main access on Rua Comandante Salomoni, recovering the original configuration of pilotis and glazing the ground floor, creating a transparent and public space.

For expansion, we opted for silent architecture, respecting the scale of neighboring buildings and using contemporary materials. The integration of existing levels with the new facilitates the flow of users and accessibility, highlighting the creation of a centralized vertical circulation core for the set.

The expansion offers an inviting and functional environment, with an internal square that mixes with the public ride, serving for civic activities. Administrative and daily work areas are safeguarded from direct contact with the public. The creation of an internal courtyard ensures natural ventilation and lighting to all environments.

The project creates a new living space for Erechim citizens, valuing employee daily life and interaction with the community.
